Ingredients
- Olive oil or groundnut oil
- Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Toast (optional)
Method
- Start by heating some oil in a medium nonstick skillet over low heat. Next, crack an egg into a small ramekin and add to the skillet. Repeat this process with another egg.
- Cover the skillet with a tight lid until the whites set completely while the yolks are runny.
- Slide on to a plate or toast and season with some salt and pepper.
