This week Federico Marchetti was appointed non-executive director to the luxury fashion house’s board, while Coty appoints Sue Y. Nabi as its chief executive.

Yoox Net-a-Porter CEO joins Armani board 

Giorgio Armani announced Federico Marchetti, chief executive of the Richemont-owned luxury e-commerce retailer Yoox Net-a-Porter Group, has been appointed non-executive director on the luxury fashion house’s board.  

 

Coty names new CEO

Coty, which recently bought a 20 percent stake in Kim Kardashian West’s makeup brand KKW for $200 million, named L’Oréal veteran Sue Y. Nabi its chief executive, effective September 1. The appointment happened just one month after the beauty giant named Peter Harf its chief executive. (Hart will now be the company’s executive chairman.) Nabi is also co-founder of the beauty brand Orveda.
